SUMMARY:Unseen: Screening of Kuumba Centre’s Video Archive in Partnership
  with The UnMuseum
DESCRIPTION:For decades\, The Kuumba Centre has been at the heart of Bristo
l's Black cultural and community life. As part of this project\, The UnMus
eum is supporting the preservation and digitisation of a selection of hist
oric recordings held within the Kuumba archive\, helping to ensure that th
ese important community records can be safeguarded and shared for future g
enerations.\nThis special screening offers a rare opportunity to experienc
e these recordings together and reflect on the people\, events\, and cultu
ral moments they capture.\nMore than an archival project\, it is an invita
tion to everyone who has been part of Kuumba's story to reminisce\, share
memories\, celebrate its legacy\, and help carry that history forward.\n\n
