DESCRIPTION:Join Home: Exhibiting Existence for an evening of making\, sha
 ring and exploring the things that connect us to home. Through textiles\, 
 we’ll explore identity\, heritage and our understanding of history\, whi
 le creating space for stories\, conversation and connection.\nYou don’t 
 need to consider yourself an artist or have any previous creative experien
 ce. Together\, we’ll experiment with fabric\, photographs\, personal obj
 ects and found materials\, transforming memories and inherited stories int
 o something new through collage\, stitching\, painting and textile making.
 \nWe encourage you to bring a piece of memorabilia from home that holds pe
 rsonal or cultural meaning\, whether it’s clothing\, fabric\, a photogra
 ph\, keepsake\, letter or another object connected to a person\, place\, m
 emory or tradition.\nAlongside the creative activities\, there’ll be ref
 reshments and opportunities for relaxed conversation around heritage\, ide
 ntity\, memory and the stories we carry with us.\nCome as you are\, bring 
 a memory\, and make something new.\nNo experience needed. All creative abi
